Los Angeles Hand Model Portfolio Update

This post is so long overdue! Back ten months ago or so, maybe even before, I started working with a jewelry company as a hand model. I have done a few shoots with them, and have now taken some of their edits and added them to my portfolio! That’s why we now have a Los Angeles hand model portfolio update to check out! 

It seems a little silly to call myself a Los Angeles hand model, especially since I’ve worked with this company in the Bay Area only! Perhaps I should say Bay Area hand model, or San Francisco hand model, or traveling hand model! 

Anyway, another thing that feels silly about this whole Los Angeles hand model thing is that it feels a little more “David Duchovny in Zoolander” than the other modeling I do, but hey - it is really fun modeling diamonds!

I really enjoy working for the company (Ada Diamonds), because the diamonds are lab-created, which makes them culturally sensitive and sustainable, and I love that they’re progressive - daring to post imagery of another woman proposing me, as an ally to those who are LGBTQ! 

 

I think it is really cool when companies make a statement for what they believe in, especially if it is Love! That’s why I loved it when I was hand modeling for @adadiamonds and they had a woman “propose to me,” too! Love is Love. 💜 It’s sad that it’s brave to promote inclusion and equality for a brand, but it is. I’m glad there are brands like @adadiamonds!
